The Wisconsin Nordic Ski Team is a competitive co-ed racing team through Hoofers Ski and Snowboard Club at UW-Madison that competes in a variety of races around the midwest.  Practice begins in the fall and includes running, roller skiing, hill bounding and ultimate frisbee several times a week.  After it snows, the team skis at Elver Park during the week and travels to race or train on the weekends.  We welcome everyone who enjoys skiing.  This is a great opportunity to make new friends and have a lot of fun.  In our sixth year of existence, the team continues to grow and be successful with increased interest by students and support from the community.  We begin meeting in September, so get involved early:-)
